Refund / Cancellation Policy
In this article, we will help you define your cancellation and refund policy. Let’s start by answering the following questions:
- We appreciate and allow the refund / cancellation as our church policy in case of any payment done by mistake or payment done twice.
- We request you cancel the payment or raise a refund for the amount that you paid on the same day of payment or the next day. Maximum of 2 days from the payment date.
- Cancellations made 2 days or early in advance of the payment date, will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made from day 3 and further will not receive any refund.
